They had a great breakfast! The rooms were also very good and spacious, so good value for money. In terms of location, it’s a very peaceful area located just 1 minute away from the second biggest mosque in Makkah, and even for Masjid Al-Haram it’s just a 10-minute drive.

Situated in a good locality, a bit far from Haram though but there is a shuttle service running every hour. Breakfast is really good. This hotel also has a gym and massage chairs but has different timings for men and women

The hotel staff was exceptionally professional and warm, with the reception team going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The housekeeping team was equally efficient, ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained. The front desk, great ppl and many thanks to the staff handling the complaint while staying, is the golden number (0) they are very professional very fast very elegant, there was a problem in my room, they changed quickly and complained about cleaning staff, they fixed it
